how should i do my hair/ makeup for prom?

I have light coloring and blue eyes and that color would wash me out particularly if I were also blonde, which I'm not. Are you sure you want to go with that color dress?

I love the dress and shoes. However, with your light coloring and hair, I would have chosen a different color dress, to stand out. I like the hairstyle in the first response, the first hairstyle. Just don't wear it up with this dress.
