I have had several machines over the years. I always had a Kenmore, but seemed the quality declined over the years (I guess it's true when they say things aren't made the way they used to to be). I purchased my Bosch 3 yrs ago and I absolutely love it! It spins the clothes so well that it shortens the drying time. I've read reviews where people say they can't control the water temperature or their clothes ripped??? I haven't had any bad experiences at all, and I wash EVERYTHING, even delicates. Just need to know which cycle and which temperature to use. I often use a "quick mix" cycle which gets the job done in less than 30 minutes! The only downfall is the price, a bit costly but still worth it!
Here is a good model: Bosch Nexxt 500 Series WFMC3301UC Washer
You won't regret it!
P.S. you may want to invest in dryer too, which is amazing!

To do it right, it's not very easy. (You'll see)
The expensive ones have a lot of doo dads that you prob don't need............Look into Frigidaire...($650-$900)
or Kenmore at the same price. You should be able to get what you want, with sales and or rebates for about $700 or less. .......Consumer Reports says the Frigidaire # GLTF 2940FS and the Model # ATF 6700FS are best buys and they look OK..........Doing it right, price should be around $600-$650............Kenmore Model # 47511 is in the ballpark also...............Watch sales and rebates and do your homework....Good luck.
