The truth maybe an abyss. We are too scared to admit the deepest truth about our own nature. That is the reason why we go for diversion, to try to remain busy with earning money, to get a promotion, to status, to become somebody's "loved one". So we always try to become somebody else, somebody of fame, of respect, of importance. Why are we afraid for our deepest self? Because this will makes us feel uncomfortable. It may be like awakening from a deep sleep. And then all of a sudden we are alone in a cold winter night. But let us go for the truth. Let us go for the hardships, and discover our true self. There is a complete universe hidden in our deepest self. To answer your question: only in short periods of my deepest despair, when all other things like health. love and status are falling away from me I tried to find my deepest self, and found happiness.

Yes, and it was very interesting! I searched through the Meditations Process! What i found out explains what I am doing today!
I was shown 4-5 different lifetimes! In each of those, i was either in the priesthood or was an Herbalist and worked in Healing and Teaching! That is precisely what i am doing today, in this Lifetime!

Only misguided, confused and immature people have to "search for self". Those who are goal oriented, informed about the now and mature ALREADY know who and where they are. No need to search only to plow forward making a difference for something or someone.
