Where's your responsibility? You can't just get up the courage to ask him until your pushed into an action by desparation, cause there's no more time and you want to go with him? It's Monday, it'll be tues by the time you ask him, he's going to have to pay for a nice dinner etc.... Asking now would be selfish. Just hog him once he's there if you want him, he'll be great with that, but it's really selfish to go and load that on him now.

I say you go for it and ask him either by phone or in person don't think that would be a big deal. Chances are he wants to go with you too and it's nice to go to prom with someone, plus you have nothing to loose in asking him. good luck =)

eh, he'd probably have to pay a rush fee for the tux, but if you want to go with him, go for it. It'd be better to ask him in person, not as creepy as looking him up in the phone book, and showing that you're pretty forward. If it's too late, you can just ask if he'll be there, and if he is, ask him to save a few dances for you.

You never know what will happen if you never ask. Just don't get your hopes up just in case he says no, you don't want your prom to suck just because of lame boys. Personally, I think going with friends is way more fun, then you don't feel as tied down and no one will get hurt if you dance with someone else. Hope you have loads of fun!!!

No go for it ask him out you have one life to live live it to the ullest just act casual say u goin to the prom and then if he says yes say r u going with anyone if he says no ask him if he wants to be ur prom date be very confident though!Ask him in person.

How reliable is the person who told you this? If they are someone you trust you should definitely ask him. Although do it at school, cos if he knows you had to look up his phone number it might seem kinda stalkerish. No offence lol.

What I would do is go up to him at school and be like Hey ______! Whats up? ......So who are you going to prom with? Cause I dont know if im going to go you know? I mean you know if you wanted to go mabey we could go together as friends or mabey like a real couple??? ...........
