2008 or 2009 model car with lowest depreciation?

I'm going to be leasing a car soon... a 2008 or 2009 model.

I want to know which car has the LOWEST depreciation. (This will let me get the most car for my buck).

The newer the car the higher the depreciation. So if you wait for the 09 models then the 08 will depreciate less. You would still be better off buying an 06 or 07 model and save even more in depreciation. Toyota usually has the lowest depreciation

Volkswagen won the award for lowest depricition, but honda and toyota also tend to keep their value well.
