how do I find out what department and employee works at ?
There is a person that works at a hospital. I do not know what department he/she works in. However this peson has looked through my medical records, found personal information and social security number. This person is now putting it on there for people to see. I need the deparment before anyone will do anything. Problem is I cant go to the hospital that he/she works at. the emplyees are protecting him/her. Please Help
I have talked to the police but they say the same thing
regardless this is identy theft. I need the department to let OSHA know plus HEPPA
the police are helping with the identy theft but not makeing HEPPA aware

I'd call the hospital and ask for him/her. When they transfer you ask what "department" it is. Might have someone else call if they know your voice already.

If you know the name of the person that has done these things and can prove it, that is all that you need. For what reason would the police need the department?
It sounds to me that you are looking for advice on how to stalk someone at their place of employment. Maybe I'm wrong but what your saying and your reasoning sound like BS to me.
