Probably in a good way - if they liked you at the time, they wouldn't say it if it were mean.
It usually means that there's something about you (maybe not one particular trait, but something about you in general) that's different from people they've been interested in the past.

It meant that you were easy to use and abuse, probably. I had a girl who told me I was the only guy she knew who she would even consider dating. Then she broke up with me the next week.
