What do you think of Mike Green from the Caps?

Great player. Being a caps fan and all, its hard for me to say this. He deserves better than the Caps. I have completely lost faith in them after this poor showing. Green and Semin are the only ones working hard. I would like to see him on a winning team, not a regular season wonder/ playoff flop team. He'll probably be traded after we lose the series since now he knows his true skill.

To offensive minded and needs to play better in his own zone. Puts up huge numbers on one end, but turns the puck over often.

Will be a top knotch defensman in this league for many years, and has tremedous upside. Possible Norris candidate in the future.

If he is sucky in the playoffs, then let that be a lesson to him because he needs a lot to learn. Kind of like an ice skater version of LeBron James.

Oviefan8=dude there is a trophy for best defensman it's called the Norris trophy and no way does Green deserve that. He's amazing and were there a trophy for best OFFENSIVE defensman then yes he should get it, but there's not.

I think he's a great defensemen and he's young to.He was one goal away from tying the league leader in goals.In my opinion he has a great future ahead of him and I expect to see him get around 60 points and 18 goals a season.

I love Green he is great offensively, he just needs to improve on his defensive game some.

He is good!! I enjoyed watching him in the first playoff game. He is a good defensemen who can score and thats always good. He isn't a half bad fighter either so... thats good.

He's one of the few Capital players I respect.
