Can a bad Neutral switch on 1992 buick skylark cause it not to start unless you cross fire it?
please help turn the key my lights come on but nothing else happens
But if you cross fire it and someone else turns the key at the same moment it cranks it will start up good

Sure can .That is a safety relay ,it malfunctions .It wont start .Hook the wires together removes the line break.But you should replace the defective part.
