can this be a sinus infection?

i am not a dr but i would suggest you ask your local pharmacist. if he doesnt know he will suggest you see your dr. A lot of times i ask my pharmacist as it saves me wasting time sitting waiting and wasting the drs time too i pray you will find the answer

If you have a fever you have a bacterial infection and applying heat could only make it worse. Don't do that. You don't need to have a stuffy nose to have a sinus infection...your nasal passage and your sinuses are two different things. You may have the flu. A sinus infection will normally cause pain at the temples but also over your cheek bones. Since your pain is mainly in your neck and temples I would assume you have some sort of mild infection that will clear up on its own. I wouldn't take anything besides ibuprofen.....sinus / cold remedies dont really do much but tax your liver. If it doesn't clear up in a few days you might need an antibiotic.

Sounds like a tension headache to me... If you had a sinus problem you'd definately have nasal congestion, and the headache would be behind your eyes...I'd take a hot shower and let the water beat down on your neck, then do something soothing and relax (camomile tea).

No dear that does not sound like a sinus infection,I get sinus infections all the time and yes you will be blowin so much green yellow snot out of you're nose to the point where you just want to die.

No, it sounds like you either are really stressed out or maybe pulled a few muscles. Your body is run down from something you did, so just relax, take a long shower, and it should go away in no time.

You really should go to the doctors. That is not sinuses. Your sinuses are mostly in your nose and between your eyes. It can be any thing. Go to the doctors and see what they suggest.
