I really suck at math, i need to find a math website that has some tutoring and a problem/equation solver?

I am in a remedial math class at a community college. I think it may be equivalant to algebra 1. somehow i skipped through any high school math. I graduated high school 15 years ago and i sucked at math then. my math teacher uses a website on the projector to show us problems sometimes. the website has a problem solver that gives you the right answer and the computation of the problem. i feel like i need this to show me where i am messing up these problems.

Update:

since this is remedial math, they have us in a computer lab using "I Can Learn " software without the professor, she only came to class the first week. now they track progress and attendance through the software.

Try homeworkalabama.org. Although this website only goes up to grade 12, you could review some of the high school math that you skipped over. They have an interactive white board and will watch you do the problem. If they see an error, they will help you to not only fix the problem, but also to understand it. Best of all, it is a free service.

Here is a good site for learning the basics. It looks like a kiddy site but can a learning experience. Just check out the algebra link at the top of the home page.

okay, so why not ask your professer for the help, first? He might know some college students who'd love to help you, too.

    Thanx
