I guess you mean two names .
Waleed : ÙÙÙد
Hammad : Ø٠اد
Akhtar : اختار
But , I must say that Akhtar doesn't sound a common arabic name . It sounds an Arabic family name .
But, Akhtar means , as well : TO CHOOSE .
