I have one by sling along. They are great for all ages, and its great for your back and neck. you can get them in all different colours too, to suit whet you like. They aren't expensive either.

    Heres there site:

I personally love my Maya Wrap (a ring sling). http://www.mayawrap.com/ My daughter is 17 months and we are still comfortably using it and probably will be for some time. If something is getting a little sore you can adjust positions a bit and it eases the pressure. Wear it all the time even now!

Also, when I was babysitting a 4 month old I tried a sling from http://www.the/ mountainchild.com and loved it!

i really like the one i have, it doesnt put too much pressure and holds babies weight evenly well...it holds weight more on your shoulder than your neck...

it apparently didnt get a good rating review, but i really like it and so does my baby...it allows me to do chores around the house while she sleeps peacefully....which is a wonderful thing.
