cuz when u do more that u can handle u get microscopic tears in your muscle which causes soreness, so ur body need more energy to get better. is this right? cuz ive eaten twice as much as i usually do today and like every hour or two im hungry again!

YEs but If its Fatty foods.... YOur body stores them For the next time you workout.If its Natural Healthy foods such as Vegies,Fruits and other Things that are rich in protiens.The healthy foods in your body help Rebuild Muscle tears but in a slow process.Dont over do it because Soarness,Inflamation,Cramps etc.. Are ways that your body is telling you to take care speacial Procaution around that area.
