You would be hard pressed to find someone willing to give away a "decent" account for free (besides, its against the game rules to share/trade accounts)

Best thing you can do is appeal to Jagex, though, dont be too hopeful (They are pretty stindgy)

Did you share your password with a friend? because when people get "hacked", its usually a "friend" that who trusts has taken your account (or that friend's friend who you dont know). DONT share your password, no matter how much you trust a friend. Of course, you could have been hacked through downloading a 3rd party autoing program that has a hidden "keylogger". Either way, if anyone gets "hacked, it is entirely their fault. (no offense)

In the meantime, I suggest you just continue playing, you may get a stroke of luck.
