My Bro's graphics card isn't working with 3d accelerator. I need to know if this card is capable of 3d at all.
Like i said, my brother is trying to run a game on his computer. When trying to run it it come up with "Failed in finding proper screen mode for gr2d" error msg. I need to know a fix for this. When looking at his dirextX settings his 3d accelerator is disable and not able to be enables. his Graphics card is an NVIDIA Standard VGA Graphics Adapter. Is this card capable of withstanding 3d graphics. If so where do i got to install drivers to allow this capability.

sounds like he doesn't have the drivers installed cause nvidia should do 3d but you need to know the exact model card it is then download the appropriate drivers
