You can find those symbols in the font "Webdings".
Go to "Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Character Map" and select "Webdings" fromd the drop down menu at the top of the window that comes up. Now, the pictures you are looking for should be there. Just click "Select" and "Copy" once you have highlighted the ones you want to copy them to your clipboard. Paste them in your document and you are done.
