It's been proven that when you exercise your breasts are one of the first things to get smaller (for females). If you exercise really hard for a month or so you will definately notice a difference in size.

Are you overweight?
If you are overweight, working out will help you lose in the breast.
However if you are a healthy weight the ONLY option is breast reduction surgery covered by insurance.

It's different for everybody. Most women's cup sizes go down when their overall weight does, but it stays the same in some women, everyone is different. You can try losing weight and see what happens and if you're still unhappy you should look into surgery.

There is no such thing as losing fat in a particular part of your body. But, as the bust is made up of fatty tissue (and not muscle), reducing your calorie intake and increasing your exercise levels, you will lose weight and, consequently, your bust size will decrease. That *should* do the trick.

yea it can.. i know my aunt was about a C and now shes an A because she lost like 30 pounds or something. it depends on where you gain the weight first because thats the first place u lose it. but yea if you start doing chest exercises and all that stuff your breasts will shrink for sure!

Umm, yes, I believe. That is why most cross-country runners or those who do extreme exercising have small breasts. Breasts are mainly composed of fats. I hope this helps.

it depends on how your metabolism is. but for alot of people it does make them a little bit smaller.
