I love answering questions and helping people out. I'm a tell it like it is person and I don't see why I should sugarcoat things. I don't see why people ask questions and want feedback but they are NOT open to hearing answers. Kudos to anyone who picks me for best answer. A lot of people on here ask stupid questions. I still like to answer though because stupid people amuse me. I don't believe in astrology at all and I don't use IM or my 360 but I read and usually reply to my emails. tata. :]

  • Healthy diabetic recipes.?

    I just got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I'm also overweight and have high blood pressure and cholesterol. I need to know some good and easy recipes for type 2 diabetics.

  • Weight problems/Health problems.?

    I'm a 20 year old female and I weigh 68 kgs (150 lbs) and I'm 5"2.

    Most of my weight is stored in my tummy area and my waist circumference is 99cm (39 inches). So you can probably imagine that my tummy sticks out a lot. :(

    I went to my doctor recently who told me that technically I was "overweight" but he measured my waist he told me that I should actually fall into the "obese" category because my waist measurement was well and truly above what it should be.

    He suspects that I have type 2 diabetes because I have a lot of the symptoms. He also strongly advised me to see a dietitian.

    I'm very nervous and scared. I'm not sure what to do. Has anyone been in a similar situation or offer some advice?

    I really can't stand it. If people want to disagree they have every right to do so I hate it when people come in and play the role of the peacemaker like they're so high and mighty.
