I've listed 4 easy crock pot recipes on ehow.com. Most use 3 ingredients or less. They are good for people on a budget, which everyone seems to be these days.
My meals are less than $8, as I use coupons and buy cuts of meat on sale. That is a lot less expensive than stopping by for fast food.
