Singapore NS fitness requirements?

Can anyone tell me the physical and medical requirements that Singapore NS has? I'm about 3 years away from turning 18, but I want to know if I'll be put into physical training or just placed behind a desk.

    basically if you are healthy,no medical conditions that prevents you from doing physical stuff,than i'm sad to say you might get posted to physical vocation,if you pass your ippt before you enlist,you get 2 months off the 2 years of 'service',if you are pes a or b,you are considered fit for active duty,if you are pes c and below,things will be much less physical demanding

    I heard that if you are under-weight, your life will be easier in the army, as the equipments are too heavy?
