LAX to Disneyland taxi for a large party?

There will be 3 adults and 2 kids. We are arriving to LAX and staying at Hyatt Regency near Disneyland. How much is a taxi from the airport to the hotel? The hotel offered a van service for $100. Is that a good deal? Are there any other cheaper ways to get to the hotel?

A taxi will definitely cost you more than $100 for the trip. Your other options will be taking the SuperShuttle which is a shared van, taking the Disneyland Resort Express Bus or arranging a rental car from LAX. Here are more information on all these options.

Best thing to do is rent a van or SUV, it will cost you about $50, and its about 35 miles from LAX so probably  just about 15 bucks in gas.
