why is mick mars.....?

Mick Mars rules. He's proof that you can rock without having to show off on every song. he actually plays songs, not just scales and shreds.

I like him, but he is not a very talented guitarist. Having said that, Motley Crue would be worse off without him. I remember seeing him in Baton Rouge in 1990, when he was doing the gratuitous guitar solo when somebody threw a cup of beer on him. He stopped what he was doing, threw his guitar across the stage and went to a mic as said "that was f#ck man, f#ck you" and left the stage. Tommy Lee did his drum solo after that and then they performed "Don't Go Away Mad" and then cut the show short. If I had not seen the whole show in New Orleans 6 months earlier I would have felt cheated, but since I did, I though the beer toss was funny.

Ya know.... I have always thought he was badass. The problem has always been that the media doesn't focus on him because of his looks. The other members of Crue are fairly attractive, and therefore, Mick always got sorta left out. But yes, he kicks ***. Sad really that people are only measured in the public eye that way.

It doesn't matter how old he gets,he will always be great.Love the new stuff that he and Crue are doing.Can't wait to go see them in concert in a couple of months where I live.It's going to be great.

He is good and is under rated.And I'm sure he is on so many drugs he does not feel a thing.But all in all he does rock.
