I have a 3D steel die. I want to duplicate that die. What process is recommended?

Plasma? CNC router?

    *CNC router.

    *CNC Contour Cutting Machine (Wire Type).

    I have seen this machine that make your duplicate die [having material like "WPS" with ease.]

    Accuracy is within +/- 0.001 mm.

    [Good , accurate programming is needed for CNC operation.

    Costly affair but highly accurate.

    Costly affair in the sense that it requires "constant voltage,constant frequency and constant conductivity of DM water and initial cost of machine is high.]

    CNC router would be the best choice. Plasma is great for cutting, but so far as I know, not for the shaping that would be needed for making a duplicate of that die.
