    This is the correct website:

    https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jsp

You are entitled to one free report from each of the three agencies once per year.

The three agencies are Experian, Equifax and Transunion.

Hey there stranger!!! Free credit report .com. There's another way. Apply for something you know you won't get. OR if you've applied for any credit at all within the last year, you can make all three agencies mail you a complete report for free. (well, the price of a stamp) It'll be much more complete than the free online stuff. With them you'll just get your score. If you can write off, it'll have all of the "owe what to who and when" AND all of the people who've been checking on you as well.

Ah the power of marketing. Freecreditreport.com may sound like the answer but http://annualcreditreport.com/ is the govt sanctioned site where consumers can get 3 reports - 1 from each bureau for free each year.

Freecreditreport.com is free for 30 days and then it's a paid subscription service.

Freecreditreport.com *IS NOT FREE*. You have to give them a credit card # and sign up for their BS "credit monitoring" service, which if you don't cancel, they charge you for.

Use the Federal Trade Commission's website https://www.annualcreditreport.com/ to get a credit report from all 3 of the credit bureaus.

It says on the commercial freecreditreport.com. But you are entitled to a free report once a year, from I think all of the three major bureaus.

"Freecreditreport is NOT the one you want to go to, in order to GET your credit report through that site (and I think they only provide it for ONE of the three agencies) you have to sign up for a monitoring program and remember to cancel it before they AUTOMATICALLY charge your card.

The person above who said www.annualcreditreport.com is dead on, you don't have to buy anyone's garbage to get it at that site - AND you get copies from all three credit reporting agencies.
