Salad Recipe Book?

Does anyone have any suggestions on a book that has a lot of Salad recipes. I live alone and hate cooking so it is alot easier to eat salads but I want a recipe book that will include protein and variety.

    Laurel's Kitchen is a vegetarian cookbook that has a whole section on salads. It's not entirely vegan but most of their recipes are vegan. It's also a great cookbook if you have a garden at home. It's nice to just go in the back yard and pick your dinner!

    "New Salads" by Shinko Shimizu. It's Japanese (in English). I bought it once, tired of the same old salads, and now use it more than any other. Boy, the salads are GOOD and different, too. Always a hit with my friends.

    The internet is the best source. You can print your favorites and make your own "book".
