We will be travelling along I-70, can anyone give us some points of interests, or interesting places to stop to visit along the way?

I live in CO and drive I-70 to St. Louis about twice a year. Warning --- once you hit to KS border... have something to keep your kids entertained. There is nothing to do but stop at truck stops and hang out at restaurants. There's an Applebees in Hays. Good Luck!
