well we have the same path!For me its fine as long as you both fulfill your responsibilities as parents,and as a husband and wife,by God's grace all things will go well ! Isn't it good that your husband is kinda romantic with his music,and you are on theother hand,analytical with your computer?
By the way ,you can help him advance by using softwares in his music,and you can help him as well by creating website to advertise his talent...who knows -a business may born because of your creativity! Got it ! God bless!
