• Please excuse Gloria from Jim today. She is administrating.
• My daughter was absent yesterday because she was tired. She spent a weekend with the Marines.
• Maryann was absent December 11-16, because she had a fever, sore throat, headache and upset stomach. Her sister was also sick, fever and sore throat, her brother had a low grade fever and ached all over. I wasn't the best either, sore throat and fever. There must be something going around, her father even got hot last night.
• Please excuse Pedro from being absent yesterday. He had (diahre) (dyrea) (direathe) the craps.
• My son is under a doctor's care and should not take P.E. today. Please execute him.
• Please excuse Lisa for being absent. She was sick and I had her shot.
• Dear School: Please ekscuse John being absent on Jan. 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, and also 33.
• Please excuse Roland from P.E. for a few days. Yesterday he fell out of a tree and misplaced his hip.
• John has been absent because he had two teeth taken out of his face.
• Carlos was absent yesterday because he was playing football. He was hurt in the growing part.

LMBO !!! That is wicked funny Jake Loved it. I will really pay attention when I write that absent note for my son with my spelling one of those might me mine I think it was the deyrea, I mean the diarrhea one. LOL xx Sugar bug.

lmao as a teacher I receive may excuses that bring a chuckle !! misplaced words or omitted ones make an absentee note all the better !!! One I received was along these lines "Maria " was absent for 2 days due to a virus shes under a doctor .. Sincerely Mrs Smith ...actual names not used lol but when I read this I burst out laughing !!

Whenever I used to be away from school, my parents would use the same excuse: 'Amber was absent because she was sick'.
And the teachers believe it every time. Hehe... They will pretty much believe anything written by a parent.

Got to love people who use the wrong words or grammar! Since I have better grammar and spelling as well a more advanced vocabulary, than his father - or his stepfather after I remarried - I would write all his excuses!

I remember my oldest didn't do her homework and she stayed home from school and the next day she wanted to write that she was sick so this is what i wrote...
Crissy ( not her real name) wanted me to tell you that she was sick yesterday but the real reason why she was home is because she didn't do her homework.
that afternoon Crissy came home and asked me how did her teacher know that she didn't do her homework and she wasn't sick. I just said well Santa does know everything. lol

May 5th, I get to send my kids with the note;
Please excuse thier abscence, we went to a Pink Floyd concert and we were all pretty tired. We didn't get in until really late.
