yes, you should bomb the house with insect spray. you can purchase this stuff at walmart or any other department store. make sure you bomb the house when you have 2 or more hours that you will be out of the house. trust me, this will kill every bug in the house. i had a spider problem at my old house and they were all gone after i did this! hope you get em'!

Use A LOT of insect spray and try and kill it.

Or if it's big and you're daring enough put it in a plastic takeaway container and close the lid until it dies. Then chuck it in the bin.

And whatever you do DON'T trap it and let it go outside, it will only COME BACK in your house.

Get some pest control person to do it. They come and spray your place and you have to vacate your house for at least 3 hrs. They are effective and also keep all insects away from your home.

get "the spider catcher"! its a long stick with bristles on the end that picks them up for you while you can stand away and have no fear of touching the blimin thing! its also made specifically not to kill them. you pick it up and then put it down outside. brilliant. we have much fun with ours, and you can use it for any other insects.
