First of all, I am shahrukh's biggest fanatic EVER, so i love EVERYTHING about him.

I also liked this movie very much, it showed that there ARE issues like this in real life.

Shahrukh's character's name in this movie is Dev Anand.

In the beginning of the movie, Dev said that he and Rhea (Preity Zinta) were good friends, and decided to take their friendship to the next level.

Maya (Rani Mukherji) knew, deep down inside, that she really was NOT in love with Rishi (Abhishek Bachan). She only married him because she felt as though she was in debt to him and his father (Amitabh Bachan), because they took her in, and now she feels that she should marry him to make up for it.

So basically, Maya and Dev's original marriages were not pure. In the end, it was the right thing to divorce because if they hadn't, it would have been dishonest and WRONG to Rishi and Rhea.

The only thing they did wrong was have an affair with each other without telling their spouses. They should have been honest, but they weren't.

Maya and Dev fell in love. You cannot help falling in love. Therefore, divorce was the right thing to do.

I donot know I am not seeing movies now a days. Why should I waste my time. There are three losses in seeing movies. Waste of time, spoiling eyes health and wasting money and there is no gain. To me all these things are just nothing. A person involve in this does not know the value of time. As far as Shahrukh character is concerned, its was a crap one.

i think he was wrong and he did it bcoz he could not take the burden of more money earning wife but whatever every men has this problem and i don't understand how can a person love twice in life when it comes to lifepartner

Bakwas!!!!! i think that time no one has jobs to do, even the director$@#%$^. so they made sum kichidi. It may happen in india but no body accept as an indain. I am sure you too. This is the worce movie i ever seen

i'm no longer asian, i come across it stressful to submit to in suggestions all their names and the actors' names, yet i myself like the flicks, i enjoyed this action picture, and that i theory the two shah rukh kahn and his lover have been extremely shifting, astounding characters, i felt extra sorry for him regardless of the undeniable fact that throughout the time of a manner by using fact i theory his spouse regarded incredibly shallow and an undesirable mom till she found out with reference to the affair.

he was desperate. he had an accident, his wife was not spending any time with him and he had a son to take care of.so when he meets this maya, she craves for her attention. well, there is nothing he could do about it.

i didnt like him in dis movie....i mean who leaves dere wife and son for another woman who herself is married..i dont know but i really didnt like him in da movie...i didnt like rani either...she was at equal fault....she shouldnt have left her husband who luved her for another married man with a child
