    That's just the integral of 5x + x^6 evaluated from 0 to 1.

    So integrate first:

    5x^2 / 2 + x^7/7

Then, plug in 0 and 1 and subtract.

    5(1)^2 / 2 + (1)^7/7 - 5(0)^2 / 2 + (0)^7/7

    And calculate it:

    5/2 + 1 - 0 = 5/2 + 1 = 5/2 + 2/2 = 7/2 = 3.5, there.
