It can take a month to three months to completely heal from a biopsy. Do not run, lift heavy objects and do not vacuum.
eventually it will go away, just don't do anything to aggrivate it.
after my follow up biopsy 2 years after antiviral chemotherapy for hcv, i helped my best friend move. although i didn't lift anything extremly heavy, just getting up on chairs and twisting to hand her things to place in boxes aggrivated it.
give it time. i do hope your biopsy resulted in good news!!!
