flying bugs?

since it has started to get warm i found hundreds of flying bugs around my house. they kinda look like lightening bugs but they have black wings and red lightening bolts type stripes, any body an tell me what they are?

    Boxelder for sure. I have them too. I have no idea what gets rid of them ... but the youngsters start out all red ... and they are a nuisance. Any ideas on how to get rid of these buggers?
