regular ejaculation is healthy for the prostrate gland and can help prevent cancer. however, it doesn't matter if ejaculation happens as a result of sex or masturbation.
As far as stress levels & subsequent high blood pressure etc, masturbation may be safer, depending on the wife you choose!

Masturbation is completley normal. Nearly EVERYONE does it, whether they'll admit to it or not. (Most people won't!!)
You can have a girlfriend/wife and still masturbate. You don't have to choose one or the other.
Trust me, its very normal.
