Tell her you are not currently practicing any form of Western theology. In fact, tell her you are a member of the church of the holy equine and that you meet at the county fair grounds in Pine Bluff, Arkansas on the third Tuesday of every month around 7:30 p.m. Tell her it's an open potluck and that after you meet, you ceremoniously and collectively bite the head off a horse (preferable an Appaloosa ... very tender and easy to chew through). Then, invite her to join you. And, tell her not to forget the horse. And smile, Really REALLY BIG.

The first thing I do is to tell them I worship the way God commands. I worship on the Sabbath. That usually does it. They can't prove that it was changed to Sunday by God's word or Jesus example so they pretty much don't know what to say. I follow Jesus and his examples. Any religion that teaches other that what Jesus taught is in Babylon. If your "pagan" as you say, then just tell her you chose not to learn of God. Tell her your life here on earth is but as a vapor and you don't want what God has for you. Maybe she will move on to someone who is searching for Jesus.

Politely tell her that you respect the beliefs of her and her fellow (Mormons?), but that your path lies elsewhere. I would not suggest revealing to her your pagan beliefs unless she is persistent, but sometimes revealing that only causes them to become more adamant about saving you. For that is what they believe they are doing - saving your eternal soul. Though it may be annoying to some, they are simply trying to help.

Just try to be as polite as possible, without backing down on your beliefs, or insulting hers. Hopefully, she will understand.

Pretty much exactly as you did here. Thank her for her information, but explain that your spiritual path is not in line with hers. There is no reason to be mean or rude to her.

2. If they see you, pretend you don't speak their language.

3. Put up a no solicitors sign on your door & point to it!

Just tell her that you belong to a different religion. If she has a problem with that, then she isn't a very nice lady.
