I usually politely turn them away but earlier this week a kind little old lady turned up at my door and instead of turning her away I had a little chat with her and she gave me the book "what does the bible really teach". I read 10 pgs before I knew it wasnt my path and that I'm pagan through and through. I want to let her down gently mainly because she's a kind little lady and she really reminds me of my nanna which is probably why i talked to her in the first place lol.

How can i tell her that christianity is not my path without being rude or shocking her too much. I dont wanna give the poor thing a stroke (she's very devout)

My husband and I have been married less than a yr and recently moved because of his job. I've given up everything to be with him and keep our family together (we have a 3yr old) As we'll be moving quite alot I gave up the option of having a secure job, friendships, seeing my family, settling down to buy the house I've dreamt about buying since I was 15. My husband has been acting incredibly selfish lately with no regard to my feeling at all. He seems to think our lives should be all about him all the time and our relationship has done a complete 180. I know he's keeping something from me as when I bring it up he just leaves the room or brushes me off. We used to be really close but he's in hospital at the moment where i visited once and then he told me not to bothor comming in the next day. His excuse was he didnt want to burden me. I find that incredibly insulting that he even thought that. His friends can visit all day long but his wife cant!

What can I do?

I'm trying really hard to be more romantic in my marriage. We've been having alot of communication problems since we married in November.

I've been leaving little love notes (which he's been showing his friends by the way : ( ) and we've just made a promise to do something romantic for each once a fortnight for each other.

Anyway I've been doing this for about a month now and he hasn't even put in a little effort - no flowers, no love notes, nothing. Should I keep doing it for him and see if he does anything eventually or should I stop and see if he even notices that I've stopped. He also said last night I could have flowers when I have another baby WTF I didnt even get them with our first!!!

I shouldnt have to keep asking him for the things I want, after the first 4yrs of asking he should kinda get it that I want flowers.

What is your opinion of this game rearing its head in a marriage?

Personally for us it almost lead to me leaving him ......... that is until I joined him lol.

What would be a deal braker in a marriage/relationship for you Apart from cheating (any kind)

I found out a couple of days ago that my husband has been telling women he works with intimate details of our marriage specifically about me. I've never met these women but he's telling them everything I tell him in confidence. I feel embarraced and humiliated. I've asked him to stop but he becomes angry and doesn't see that it's a problem. I don't want to tell him anything anymore because I'm scared he'll tell them.

What should I do?

My husbands friends all sit on one side of the scale or the other. Some say a woman has to be a size10 or less to even be considered for dating/marriage and some say the dont care what size she is.

Does weight/size really matter to you????

I've heard that God forgives all sins once you have asked for forgiveness. Be it murder, abuse (sexual and violent) ect.

Whatever happened to 'If you do the crime you do the time' - and I'm not talking specifically about jail time here. It's about Karma. If you are forgiven instantly then I don't believe that you've learnt the lessons your soul/spirit needed to in this life. It's an easy ticket out.

This may sound harsh and I do realise that people can turn around and trully be sorry for the harm that they caused but it's also like a child physically hurting lets say an animal then turning around and saying sorry. The child needs the punishment to learn the lesson - be it naughty corner or taking away privliges (I dont believe in spanking) Otherwise they may just do it again.

Also I dont believe feeling guilt is a punishment for the action. Guilt is self created.

It amazes me how many people reject partners based on their religion (I've had two) personally to me it doesn't matter what religion my hasband is (or actually isn't) but he respects me and my beliefes where as my best friend has recently ened a relationship where he couldn't deal.

I was raised without religion but at 13 became christian, i even went to bible camp and joined a youth group. But when I started asking questions I was eventually shunned, even though there was intelligence behind said questions lol.

I found wicca by accident and found that those questions answered so now I've been wiccan for 7 yrs. Thats my story : )
