I can't remember him ever losing a case, My husband got a speeding ticket and took it to court and won. I was with him he wasn't speeding . When we were pulled over it was by a different patrolman than the one that clocked us, We were pretty shook up because at the time My Mother was pretty sick and we told her where we were going in case something happen ,so when we got pulled over we thought something happened to her, we went about another Mile up the rd, and pulled in to a rest area to make a call, there sit another car exactly like ours. Later we look at the ticket they had us going the wrong direction , only one person in the car. Judge threw the case out. needless to say we were very pleased. Justice works

Hope this answers your question.
(I have only served as a juror twice in court.)

I think he lost a case ,but it was too prove his clinient quitly some how. I can't remember because it was years ago. But, it turnes out for the best anyway. Perry Mason can't lose a real case if ot doing do on purpose. LOL Yes, I did win in court once and it was great.

Yes, if my memory serves me right, he did loose one case. But do not remember the specifics of it.
Also, funny but something else I did not know, but found out a couple of days age. Perry Mason ( Raymond Burr) was actually gay, but never came out of the closet, for fear that his
job security would be in peril.

Somewhere in one of the shows I recall the person they tried was guilty, and got away with it. But P/M caught something in his testimony and and they had to reopen the case and then came the guilty verdict. I remember this, but it was the only time they hinted as to losing a trial.

How do you think Hamilton Burger got his name? Shortened up it is Hamburger and that's what Perry made out of him every time. I guess just the one above is the only exception.
In the 55+ books I read, he never lost.
