Odd day before my birthday?
Today is the day before my birthday, and I work two jobs. At the first one, which I do for extra money on the side, my co-workers gave me a small gift & an impromptu sort of party, it was very sweet of them and I didn't expect it at all because I only work there a few hours each day.
Then I went to my actual job at a radio station. Even though we have a book of whose birthday it is, only one person even bothered to say anything about it. I'm curious--is it me or is it the way people who work in radio are? I really don't know how to handle this, considering that other people seem to be lauded on their birthdays.
The first job is at a car dealership, just to make it clearer.
Tomorrow's Saturday, and I don't do news on weekends.
Chevy, Cherokee people consider each one very important, especially the older you get.

Well, happy birthday. If it is their tradition to go all out, then as far as you are concerned you know nothing. ABSOLUTELY nothing. And if there is no big shindig tomorrow, you should be old enough by now not to make a big deal about it. Besides, birthdays are more fun when they are more personal. If nothing happens, grab a good friend or relative and go have a little birthday party of your own with someone who means something to you.

I'm hoping they are going to surprise you tomorrow!!!! If they don't, maybe it's because they don't feel like you want them to say anything about it. If you want your birthday to be a big deal, MAKE IT A BIG DEAL!!!! Bring in a cake and tell EVERYONE it's your birthday!!!!!!! Act happy and excited so they know it's okay to be excited for you!!!

maybe they are waiting until tomorow when its your actual birthday and all i mean cuz why say happy birthday the day before when u can say it on the actual day ya know? then again maybe they are just forgetful or something i dont kno but happy birthday anyways!!!
