About fonts again?
I'd like to know how--once you've downloaded a new set (or more than one) of fonts, how do you access them for programs like Picture It Publishing, or emails, etc?? I'd like to find one with all these special characters like the umlaut, tilde, etc, that all these older names from France, Spain, Germany, etc. use when doing surname or genealogy research. I've tried downloading some sets before but can never access them to use them.

Put them in C:\windows\fonts
for all font files...
i prefer downloading "The Font Thing" a software that will help you install those fonts easily... even preview them before doing so :)

some fonts might not automatically be sent to the official font folder in your computer and you might need to check.
