The DEA, has has calculated the quantity, type,and quality of drugs (legal & illegal) this market will allow (the people) or tolerate. This also assures an unlimited amount of funds, without asking Congress. Limited oversite by Congress, out of sight out of mind of the American people, with a modicum of compliance of the Bill of Rights. And, the beat goes on....

Within the first hour of the first Libertarian's Inauguration as President. Probably not before. No one else will challenge the existence of an agency not permitted under the Constitution.
