Kurt Angle and Ric Flair both had possesion of the briefcase at the end of the match at Wrestlemania. They've been forced to share the case. They tried to earn a second briefcase but they could not work together. So, they now will fight for the case again. This time, it will be in Hell in a Cell.

Kurt Angle, When Flair has him beat Batista comes out of nowhere and spears Ric flair and then angle locks in the ankle lock and angle wins. after that Batista hits a Batista bomb on flair.

flair locks i nthe figure 4 but angle grabs his leg in to an ankle lock both submissions locked in angle taps at the last second
