What should I wear for my interview?

I don't think a suit would be necessary, but I would still wear dress slacks and a tie.

The worst thing you can do is underdress, because then you will look sloppy. If you overdress, you just look smart.

I would go for something simple, you don't wnt to look like you've made a huge effort. Just a white shirt, black trousers and a black tie maybe (although the tie is optional.)

It depends what sort of retirement home it is, but I'd go with a tie.

Dress casual, wear what you would to a school function. Nice shirt, jeans and shoes or boots.

also make sure your hair is neat and you don't look like you just woke up.

You don't want to look like your trying to hard especially for a weekend job, so just wear what you would normally wear daily.

(As long as the clothes you have look decent)

either a pair of jeans with no holes and a dress shirt and dress shoes or a pair of khaki's with a solid colored t-shirt (no stains) and dress shoes.
