I need to lose at Least 50 lbs but cannot exercise right now. Any menu ideas?

I injured my back in Feb and gained 20 lbs but want to lose more, at least 50lbs. I dont know when I will be able to do regular activities like walking and riding my bike like I used to let alone go back to work! I need a Good diet plan to follow without exercise. It is very tough for me since I'm normally very active (sexually too!). I looked for ideas online and they say the same thing pretty much. I want something to follow and I can stick to but I can not afford Jenny Craig etc... I have a good idea but really want something done up...asking tooo much?!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

all jenny craig and weight watchers really is is calorie restriction. so you can do it yourself. make a calorie diary and pick your calorie goals, somewhere (unless you are very overweight) between 1200-1500. and then write everything down. use nutrawatch.com or another calorie counter to figure out how many calories is in the food you eat. i often try to eat frozen foods for one meal a day b/c it does the calorie counting for you.

yeah i can't afford jenny craig either and since you can't exercise then the only thing to do is change how you eat....avoid eating out as much as possible...that's what i've done.....eat brown instead of white..rice,bread,pasta, tortillas,crackers,etc...completely knock soda out..water, water, water....i'm at stay at home mom and i have a bad habit of snacking..do it the right way...keep lots of fruits in the fridge in case you get a sweet tooth...and wheat thins and nutragrain bars have become my best friend
