yes. of course i do. i own several. no, i'm not strange, maniacal, paranoid, backwoods, a survivalist, militia member or anything else. but i do own several handguns.

i found the range of answers to this question absolutely fascinating. one respondent, erica, said she would hate to know her if she were the kind of person that owned a gun. what kind of person owns a gun? why does it make them bad or abnormal? alot of the younger answerers went both ways as well, many said no, many wanted to when they were older.

i dont own any modern art. doesnt mean i cant appreciate, i just dont own any. not my taste. i think the same is true of guns somtimes.

i STRONGLY believe in the 2nd amendment, as it is written word for word. I believe in the right of the NRA to lobby and most of what they stand for, but i am not a member.

i did not agree with respondent who said "no" because she had "kiddos" i did agree with those who said they owned guns and they were kept safe.

i do not hunt, i am not afraid somone will break into my house, i dont come up with irrational explanations for my collection.
