    Whew!

    I'll take my best shot.

Hedonistic Humanism is, in simplest terms, ME ME ME.

My primary goal is my wants. I will do whatever pleases me without a care for how it might affect the world around me.

It is the height of narcissism.

Since being voluptuous is a physical trait and not a state of self-gratification, then my answer is no, a voluptuous person raising funds for a charity drive is not a hedonistic act.

Now a person raising funds for a charity drive and then taking a large percentage of said funds for personal reasons (even if those reasons were disguised as part of the workings of a charity), this would be considered a hedonistic act. Think of some of the shady televangelists, for example.

    - - -

    he·don·ist /ˈhidnɪst/ Pronunciation[heed-n-ist]

–noun 1. a person whose life is devoted to the pursuit of pleasure and self-gratification.

–adjective 2. Also, he·don·is·tic. of, pertaining to, or characteristic of a hedonist or hedonism.

    - - -

-noun - Any system or mode of thought or action in which human interests, values, and dignity predominate.

Therefore, by definition a "Hedonistic Humanist" would be someone who for their own self-gratification would do kind things for others.

Part two: I vote for food bank. People always need food more often than new clothes.

Revelation 19:16 - Jesus is King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Daniel 2:44 - the Kingdom is part of God's purpose for the eradication of wickedness. Matthew 3:2 - it is a government located in heaven - called the Kingdom of the heavens. Matthew 6:10 - the influence of this government will be felt throughout the universe, and especially earth - Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Matthew 5:5 - only the righteous will continue to live forever - Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth. Revelation 5:9 and 10 - there are associate rulers in this Kingdom who are chosen from the earth to go to heaven. Revelation 14:1 - they number 144,000 Revelation 20:4 and 6 - they will be both priests and kings and share with Christ in his Kingdom for 1000 years. Acts 24:15 - even the dead will be resurrected to live under that new government - God's Kingdom with Christ as King. Revelation 21:3-5 - the Kingdom will bring peace, paradise, pleasure, progress, and perfection to all mankind and the earth itself. All of this is surely GOOD NEWS to all mankind.

According to this philosophy, individuals may freely gratify their own carnal desires, set their own standards of morality, live for the pleasure of the moment, and do so without guilt, as if death brings no accounting of one’s life. My opinion is that this is an evil, erroneous idea.

    Voluptuous....raising....what?

    Food Bank

Just think of me - and you will know what it means. It's all about ME and MY pleasure. And either one - food bank or clothing drive. ♥

Basically, it's doing good things for others that make you feel good...no matter what good it actually does for others.

    Food bank.
