How many members of Yahoo Answers are Sick of it?

Question

I have been here for a couple of years. I have spent hours researching some questions. I have seen the same questions come up time after time (I can't even count the number of times I have see how many times I have seen "Could I(she) be preg?")  I am just getting sick of it.  I am sick of how many times "IDK" is picked as the Best Answer. What is the point of this site?  Does anyone actually monitor the questions at all??   Or, the Answers? 

Is it even legal for an adult to post an answer to "Should I have sex with my bf?? He is 22 and I am 13??"

Anyhow, what do you think about the quality of Questions and Answers here?

I've only been here for about a month. At first it was extremely addictive but these past few days, yeah it becomes almost depressing to see the same questions over and over. The trolls are running rampid and no one gives a flying fig that you've just spent 45 minutes researching an answer for someone because you're generally trying to help, they either choose "Idk" or report you for some bogus violation -Today's alleged violation was I was accused of soliticing because I told someone they needed to update their browser. I listed the update websites for the IE, Mozilla and Netscape and this was somehow turned into solicitation. 
I'm not sure if it's legal to answer "Should I have sex with my bf?" to a 13 yr old but it should be! Why would Yahoo care though? They're too busy doleing out alleged violations reported by trolls. 
Yeah... I need a break.
