Holly can be to easily confused with Colleen or Connie, even though they begin with different letters, it's common. (I should know, my name is Colleen and I get called Holly and Connie alot when I'm first introduced.)

Heidie is my dogs name so it's not fitting for a person in my eyes.

Weston is a very unique name but people might call him Wes, so think about that.

Lilliane I have to say does sound like an old ladies name, but I just think that because I have a rather rude and old relative with that name. But it could easily go to Lilli/Lilly so just think about that.

But it seems like you want to go a bit unique, so try Alexiane (Means Defender).

Or if you're going for the H try Hayden or Haden.

Holly and Heidie, I just see as "baby" names. I think they're sort of older names.

Weston is adorable for a baby boy!
