I find it impossible to make an avatar. What do I need to do? Please help?

If you haven't started one at all, I think it starts with asking you if you want a guy or a girl. Then you should get a page that has a panel on the LEFT with a picture and zoom in/out, What I'm Trying On, and What I'm Wearing. On the RIGHT is the good stuff. Across the top should be tabs for Home, Appearance, Apparel, Extras, etc.

When you click on each of those tabs, right below the tabs at the top they have sub-categories. Click on Appearance and you have one sub-cat for Face & Eyes and one for Hair. Select your Face/Eyes then click Hair and select that. Go to Apparel and start with tops or bottoms or full outfits, browse through the TONS of choices... go to the next tab, go through all the sub-categories the same way. Lots of fun stuff to play with.

Make sure you hit SAVE CHANGES on the LEFT when you get your avatar dressed the way you want.

THEN.. to get it to show up for Yahoo Answers if it doesn't automatically:

Start here: http://answers.yahoo.com/

Click My Profile (in bold on the right of the Search for Questions box).

Click Edit My Info (to the right of your Best Answer percentage).

For Picture, select Use My Yahoo Avatar!
