No. Lots of parents accidently buy their children things meant for adults, simply for lack of awareness of the product. If the Dad doesn't drink, why would he recognize hard lemonade as compared to regular lemonade. What would cause him to know, if he has no exposure to alcohol, that hard means alcoholic?

This bottle isn't much different from these....

and yet one is alcoholic and the others arent, as this next one isn't. This is nothing but root beer.

IMHO things are pretty sad if they take/took this guy's child away over something as simple as that, especially when we both know there are kids out there not being fed well, clothed well or at all, or bathed. Some are living in filth and amid abuse, drugs, and who knows what else? It tells me that we need to take another look at our priorities.

I grew up in the 70s. I ate Milk Bones, I drank stuff that I couldn't identify. My parents bought a can of beef jerky that I ran to the register with at the last minute, only to find out later that it was for dogs. I'm not dead. Neither is this kid from MI. I can't think of a set of parents who haven't missed something at some point. Should we take everyones' children away? Who would raise them?

Come on, get real. I am 43 and I just recently found out about this 'lemonade' when I purchased some for myself and my grandkids. I had no clue that it contained alcohol. They had saw their father buy some, and told me that they wanted some. Little did I know. These kinds of things happen everyday. If you want perfect parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, or actually any human, then you need to move to a perfect planet. Sorry, that is just my thoughts.
